Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our delivery coverage — please check back for international shipping updates.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Options & Estimated Times
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days | Free on orders over £40
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days | £5.99
- Next Day Delivery — Order before 1:00 PM for next business day delivery | £7.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, a flat shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at seekjobca21@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
